Our Yoga classes are well underway and we will be starting new morning Qi-Gong classes to get your day started right!

Our Yoga classes are a hit with many of our patients.  Please stop in and check out Amy Glover’s Slow-Vinyasa Yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and 7pm.  Remember, the first Drop-in is FREE!  Stratford Acupuncture & Wellness Center is also offering a $50 introductory 1-month Yoga card.  We have two choices of Yoga passes (5 and 10 visits) and a Yoga Subscription, which for $99 per month will cover all classes every month.

Joe will be starting up Qi-Gong classes this Fall as well! Qi Gong; or as it is known in Traditional Chinese Medicine, life extension exercises; practice can bring powerful blood flow into their hands and feet.  Qi-Gong can actually circulate more blood through your body that jogging!  Classes are offered 5 days a week, every morning at 8am.

The first class is FREE!  We have subscription plans for Qi-gong for 2 and 5 visits per week.

Saturday hours are starting up again in the Fall by Special Appointment!
